We also are providing WOW customer service by focusing on the customer experience and communication between the homeowner and our team. We are confident that our roof will last by using the top materials in the business. We use performance shingles that are 10lbs heavier per bundle than the leading competitor. Our shingles have an armor zone to prevent nail pull out, as well as using a ring shank nail as opposed to a smooth nail for double the holding power.

We provide ice and water on all eves, valleys, and penetration, as well as a 4in deck tape, a larger drip edge, and synthetic underlayment. Instead of a 5-year warranty that many contractors offer, we provide 15-year labor, flashing, and material warranty that states if anything were to happen to your roof in 15 years, that we will come to serve your home at no cost to you.

Solution

We recently have completed 4 roofs off 707 near Collins Glenn Drive, and we are working on numbers 5 and 6. We noticed hail damage on roofs in the area and have been working with the homeowners and their insurance company to provide them with a roof that cost them no more than their deductible. We replaced the roof of this home with our beautiful IKO Dynasty Castle Grey shingles and installed Raindrop Gutter Guards to prevent clogging from the pine trees surrounding the home. The whole process from the beginning phone call, to submit the certification of completion and photos of the project to the insurance company took only 4 weeks.
