We are excited to announce the completion of our 1st roof replacement of 2025 in Conway, SC. This homeowner started to deck staining in his attic and knew it was time for a roof inspection. Klaus Roofing offers free roof inspections and includes inspecting the roof decking from the attic space. Upon inspection, there were 3 boards needing replacing and Klaus Roofing was the perfect company to complete the job. 

Solution

Why? Because this homeowner also has multiple Solatubes. Tube lighting comes with a lifetime flashing, so tubes do not need replacing when the roof is replaced, but often we get calls at Carolina Energy Conservation due to roofers knocking the tube or debris falling into the tube from replacement. This Klaus Roofing is the shared Insulation, Crawlspace and Solatube company Carolina Energy Conservation and we have an in  house Solatube installer. So the roof was fully replaced Wednesday of this week and the homeowner upgraded all his Solatube lens Friday, so the home has a fresh new top of 2025.
