For this project in Myrtle Beach, SC we began with removing the existing roofing, and replaced all of the damaged or rotting wood underneath. An Ice and Water Shield is installed to all step flashings, valleys, penetrations, and drip edges. Other installations on this project include synthetic felt on balance of wood, new aluminum drip metal and rake metal, as well as a new chimney flashing. To finish this project we installed new Cambridge shingles as well as ridge vents, and ridge caps. 

This roof was experiencing some rotting on many areas of the roof. We removed and replaced all of the damaged wood, and installed a Ice and Water Shield before re-flashing and re-shingling the roof. 

This customer experienced some damage to their roof as result of a tree falling. We were able to repair and replace the entire roof, fixing the damage from the tree. 

Veteran homeowner in Socastee had various repairs through the years and now the patio was starting to leak. They met with Matt and were impressed with the IKO Shingle options. Klaus Roofing also offers a local warranty for 20 or 30 years. They love the results. The crew replaces rotted decking and made sure the ice and water was applied throughout.
